The 5th Annual Training Event held (27–30 December 2015)

The 5th Annual training event was held at Bangalore on 27-30 December 2015. The central theme of the 5th Annual training was “Focus on our latest implementations – Android based products and applications”. The training was attended by over 50 participants from 13 locations throughout India.
 
The Support Team was trained on Advance Level Configuration Skills of Latest Solus Products , beyond customer interactions and other disciplines related to documentation on CRM.
 
The workshop began with a introductory note on 28th morning by Mr. Narasimha Swamy , Director, Design & Development and Mr. Hariom Sharma, Director, Sales & Marketing.
 
Then over the course of three days, technical representatives from the R&D team gave several sessions and discussions on technical concepts. Each session was followed by a lively interactive hands on exercises where participants actively participated, working on hands-on applications, exchanging views on the challenges faced by them during installation and operations on the site.The discussions were concluded with a Q & A presentation session.
 
“I am well confident and capable to deal with any of customer issue” said one of the attendee at closing of the event.
